How it works
From photo to payout, without switching tools.

Create the record
One photo is enough: Vintops writes the title and description, picks the category, size, condition and colours, and prepares the cover. You set the price.

Publish to Vinted
Vintops publishes the listing on the right account. Review it first if you like, or let it go. The record keeps the link to the live listing.

Follow it to the payout
Every sale updates the record: label, drop-off, delivery, dispute, payout. Whatever is stuck surfaces at the top of the dashboard.
Everything runs from Vintops.
Each product has one record: photos, price, code, listing, sale, payout. Change it once; the rest follows.

Stock in one place
Records, photos (up to 20), prices, codes and statuses. Every listing and every sale are linked to the same record, with its history. Unsold for 7 days? The record offers to relist.

Sales
Sold, label created, dropped off, delivered, completed. Disputes and late shipments surface at the top of the dashboard.

Labels
Labels arrive by email. Vintops lays them out on a sheet ready to print; you mark the sheet printed, not each parcel.

Per account: what has been paid, what is coming and what was withdrawn, since tracking started.
