Data collected

When you request access: your name, email address and the number of Vinted accounts you manage.

Browsing the site is measured in aggregate, without cookies (Vercel Analytics): page views and clicks, with no persistent identifier.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is used only to answer your request, manage the waiting list and contact you about access to Vintops.

This processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form, and on the publisher's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and measuring site traffic in aggregate (Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the publisher and to the technical providers required for the service: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS, email routing and sending).

It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel and Cloudflare are established in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Access requests are kept for 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. You may request their deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@vintops.app. You will receive a response within one month.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or social media cookies. Audience measurement is aggregated and cookieless; only technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.

Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to the publisher and the providers listed above.
