About
Vintops started with a spreadsheet that got too small.
I have been selling on Vinted for several years. After opening three inboxes, a spreadsheet and four tabs to answer one question (where is this listing now?), I built the tool I wanted to use.
A seller's tool, not a marketplace
Vinted remains the marketplace: discovery, buyer messages and the transaction happen there. Vintops handles the rest: records, listings, labels, sales and payouts.
The goal is not another dashboard. It is to remove the retyping: one photo, one record, one published listing, then Vinted's emails keep the tracking current.
What I keep in mind
A management tool should stay predictable. Three rules guide Vintops:
- The seller keeps the final say on prices, photos and listings.
- No promise the tool does not keep: limits are stated before access.
- Old listings are not imported automatically; tracking starts with records created in Vintops.
- Vintops is independent from Vinted. You remain responsible for following the platform's rules.
The alpha, by invitation
Vintops is opening gradually. Every request is read and gets a personal reply, with access and a tour. Feedback from this phase decides what comes next: what is useful, what is missing, what should be removed.
If you sell across several accounts and the spreadsheet no longer keeps up, this is the right time to talk.
