Vinted labels: print, group and track without mistakes
One label arrives per sale, in an email. After a few orders a day, it becomes a pile of PDFs to open, cut and stick. The risk is not just lost time: it is sending the wrong parcel.

Where labels live
A label is an email first. It arrives after the sale, sometimes before the confirmation email. It can also be downloaded from Vinted or the carrier's app.
Pick one source of truth for what still needs printing. If you check Vinted, your inbox and a spreadsheet, you will eventually print the same parcel twice.
- One email per sale, with the label PDF.
- The carrier may have its own app.
- One single list of what remains to print.
Print a sheet, not one PDF per parcel
Printing labels one by one multiplies handling and mistakes. Grouping the labels from one session onto an A4 sheet lets you cut everything at once, then stick each label on its parcel in order.
Urgent labels go first. Once the sheet is printed, mark it as printed: you then know which parcels are ready and which are still waiting.
- Group one session's labels onto a sheet.
- Put urgent shipments first.
- Cut, stick, then check every parcel.
- Mark the sheet printed once.
Track drop-off and delivery
A printed label is not a dropped-off parcel. Tracking has three moments: label created, parcel dropped off, then delivered. Vinted emails and carrier scans provide the information, but in different threads.
Watch the shipping deadlines. A sale with a label ready but not dropped off can become late, then a dispute. The dashboard should tell you what to ship today, not only what sold.
- Label created: the label is ready.
- Dropped off: the carrier scanned the parcel.
- Delivered: the buyer received or collected it.
- Dispute: the buyer reported a problem; act quickly.
The mistakes that cost money
Most label mistakes are visible before drop-off. They are expensive because they force a resend, a worried buyer or a dispute.
- Sticking another sale's label on the parcel.
- Printing the same sheet twice.
- Using an expired or cancelled label.
- Dropping off without a scan, then being unable to prove it.
- Shipping a cancelled sale.
What Vintops does with labels
Vintops takes labels from Vinted emails, crops them and places them on a sheet ready to print. Urgent shipments come first, and the sheet is marked printed once.
Sales then follow their cycle: label created, dropped off, delivered, dispute. Whatever is stuck surfaces at the top of the dashboard, with the rest of the day's actions.
Shipping-day checklist
Before closing the parcels, a final check.
- Every label matches the right sale.
- Urgent parcels left first.
- Labels are stuck in the right place.
- The drop-off was scanned by the carrier.
- The sheet is marked printed.
